How it works

Write a prompt template using {variable} placeholders for data that varies per contact (e.g. {patient_name}, {appointment_date}).
Upload a CSV with one row per contact. Column headers must match your {variable} names. A phone column is required.
Review the variable mapping and sample prompt preview to confirm everything looks right before launching.
Hit Launch Campaign — the system calls contacts sequentially within the configured call window, retrying on no-answer.
